1.服務說明

本服務是台灣的線下活動平台：主辦方可免費刊登活動，使用者可探索、報名活動並取得 QR 票卷；報名通過的參與者可在該活動的專屬 3D 像素島嶼上與其他參與者共同建造，留下參與紀錄。本服務僅為活動資訊與報名／票務的媒合平台，實際活動由第三方主辦方獨立舉辦。

2.帳號

• 你可透過 Apple、Google 或 Email 建立帳號。你必須提供真實、正確的資料，並自行妥善保管登入方式的安全。
• 每人限使用一個帳號；不得冒用他人身分或提供虛假資料。
• 你可以隨時在 App 內「個人頁 → 刪除帳號」自助刪除帳號，此動作無法復原：你的個人資料、發起的活動、報名紀錄、票卷與建造紀錄都會被永久刪除。
• 若你違反本條款，我們保留暫停或終止你帳號的權利（詳見第 5、8 條）。

3.活動刊登與主辦

• 一般使用者發起主辦的活動，須經平台管理員審核通過後才會公開；平台合作夥伴與管理員發佈的活動可直接上架。我們保留審核、拒絕或下架任何活動的權利。
• 主辦方須對活動資訊的真實性、合法性負責，並須誠實處理報名審核與入場核銷。
• 主辦方觸發電子報功能時，僅能撰寫內容與觸發寄送，系統不會提供任何報名者的聯絡資訊給主辦方；不得利用本服務蒐集使用者個資或發送與活動無關的行銷內容。
• 「轉刊分享」僅為個人化的內容轉發，不建立獨立報名或票務，亦不代表本服務或原主辦方之背書。

4.報名與票卷

• 送出報名後，須經主辦方審核通過，才會核發 QR 票卷；報名不保證入場資格，實際名額與審核結果以主辦方決定為準。
• 票卷僅供本人於活動現場出示核銷使用，不得偽造、轉售或重複使用；主辦方有權拒絕明顯異常或重複的票卷。
• 活動之異動、延期或取消由主辦方自行決定與公告，本服務僅提供資訊呈現，不代為負責活動實際履行。

5.使用者內容與行為規範

你在本服務中建立的內容（活動島建造、個人檔案、活動描述等）須遵守下列規範，不得含有：

• 違法、仇恨、暴力、色情或騷擾性內容；
• 侵害他人智慧財產權、隱私權或其他權利的內容；
• 詐騙、垃圾訊息、冒充他人或誤導性資訊；
• 任何形式的商業濫發推廣，或蒐集其他使用者個資的行為。

本服務對令人反感的內容與濫用行為採取零容忍政策。使用本服務即表示你同意不會張貼上述任何內容，也不會對其他使用者做出騷擾、威脅或濫用行為。違反者的內容將被移除，帳號將被停權或永久終止，且不另行通知、不予退費。

我們提供下列機制，並承諾在收到回報後的 24 小時內審視並處置違規內容與帳號：

• 回報：在活動頁或個人頁點「回報」，即可通報令人反感的內容或濫用行為。
• 封鎖：在個人頁點「封鎖」即可封鎖該使用者。封鎖後，對方的活動與內容會立即從你的畫面上消失，雙方也無法再互相追蹤；系統同時會將該次封鎖通知平台管理員審視。
• 聯絡我們：寄信至 activex.platform@gmail.com 提出申訴或補充說明。

6.智慧財產權

你在本服務發布的內容，其權利仍歸你所有；但你同意授權本服務得於提供服務所需範圍內使用、儲存、展示該內容（例如在活動島上顯示其他參與者的建造紀錄）。「活動島嶼」「ActIsland」名稱、標誌與本服務的介面設計，其權利歸本服務所有，未經同意不得作商業性使用。

7.免責聲明與責任限制

本服務為活動資訊與報名媒合平台，並非活動的主辦方。我們不保證第三方主辦方所刊登資訊的正確性、活動品質或安全性，亦不對活動的舉辦、延期或取消負責。本服務依「現況」提供，不做明示或默示的擔保。在法律允許的最大範圍內，本服務對於使用本服務所生的間接、附帶或衍生性損害不負賠償責任。

8.終止

若你違反本條款，我們保留暫停或終止你使用本服務（含刪除帳號）的權利。你也可以隨時依第 2 條自行刪除帳號、終止使用本服務。

9.準據法

本條款之解釋與適用，以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法。

10.條款修訂

我們可能不時修訂本條款，修訂後將更新本頁「最後更新」日期。修訂後你若繼續使用本服務，即視為同意修訂後之條款。

1.About the Service

The Service is a Taiwan offline-events platform: organizers can list events for free, and users can discover and register for events to receive a QR ticket. Approved participants can collaboratively build on that event's dedicated 3D voxel island alongside other attendees, leaving a lasting record of their participation. The Service is solely a listing and registration/ticketing platform — events themselves are independently organized by third-party organizers.

2.Accounts

• You may create an account via Apple, Google, or email. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure.
• One account per person. Do not impersonate others or provide false information.
• You may delete your account anytime from Profile → Delete Account. This cannot be undone: your profile, organized events, registrations, tickets, and build history will all be permanently deleted.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms (see Sections 5 and 8).

3.Listing & Organizing Events

• Events submitted by regular users must be approved by a platform admin before going public; events published by platform partners and admins go live directly. We reserve the right to review, reject, or take down any listing.
• Organizers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their event information, and must handle registration approvals and check-in honestly.
• When triggering the newsletter feature, organizers may only write content and trigger the send — the system never provides organizers with any registrant's contact information. The Service may not be used to collect users' personal data or to send marketing unrelated to the event.
• "Reposting" is a personal content share only — it does not create a separate registration or ticket, and does not imply endorsement by the Service or the original organizer.

4.Registration & Tickets

• Submitting a registration does not guarantee entry — a QR ticket is only issued once the organizer approves it. Capacity and approval decisions are made by the organizer.
• Tickets are for the registered user's own use at check-in only, and may not be forged, resold, or reused. Organizers may refuse tickets that appear invalid or duplicated.
• Any change, postponement, or cancellation of an event is decided and announced by the organizer. The Service only presents information and is not responsible for an event's actual delivery.

5.User Content & Conduct

Content you create on the Service (island builds, profile, event descriptions, etc.) must not include:

• Illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or harassing content;
• Content that infringes others' intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• Fraud, spam, impersonation, or misleading information;
• Any form of unsolicited commercial promotion, or collecting other users' personal data.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on this Service. By using the Service you agree not to post any of the content described above and not to harass, threaten, or otherwise abuse other users. Violating content will be removed and the responsible account will be suspended or permanently terminated, without prior notice and without refund.

We provide the following mechanisms, and we commit to reviewing and acting on reported content and accounts within 24 hours of receiving a report:

• Report: tap "Report" on any event or profile page to flag objectionable content or abusive behavior.
• Block: tap "Block" on a user's profile to block them. Their events and content disappear from your view immediately, neither of you can follow the other any more, and the block is simultaneously sent to our moderators for review.
• Contact us: email activex.platform@gmail.com to appeal or provide additional context.

6.Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post on the Service, but you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as needed to operate the Service (for example, showing your build contributions to other participants of that event). The "活動島嶼" / "ActIsland" name, logo, and the Service's interface design belong to the Service and may not be used commercially without permission.

7.Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is an events listing and registration platform, not the organizer of any event. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or safety of information posted by third-party organizers, and are not responsible for an event's actual occurrence, postponement, or cancellation. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it.

8.Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service (including account deletion) if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account and stop using the Service at any time, as described in Section 2.

9.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

10.Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date on this page will reflect any revision. Continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
