1.帳號與登入

登入沒有反應，或找不到我用哪個方式登入的？

可用 Apple、Google 或 Email 三種方式登入。若忘記當初用哪個方式，可以三種都試試看——只要 Email 相同就會對應到同一個帳號。若仍無法登入，寫信給我們並附上你的 Email，我們協助查詢。

如何刪除帳號？

登入後至「個人檔案」→「刪除帳號」，可自行完成，此動作會立即且永久移除你的個人資料、自訂角色、追蹤關係、收藏與推播權杖，以及你主辦過的活動與其報名/票卷紀錄。此動作無法復原。

2.活動與票卷

報名後票卷沒有出現？

大多數活動報名後需要主辦方審核，審核通過才會出票，可在「我的票卷」查看審核狀態。若已顯示「已通過」但票卷仍未出現，請重新整理或重新登入一次；仍有問題請來信。

要怎麼刊登我的活動？

登入後到「活動後台」即可刊登。任何人都可以用「分享活動」轉刊喜歡的活動；若要自己開放報名與發票卷，需先申請成為平台合作夥伴（免費），通過後即可直接主辦。

3.檢舉與內容處理

對任何活動或使用者頁面內容有疑慮，可在該頁面點選「回報」提交檢舉，平台管理員會盡快審核處置；也可以直接寫信給我們說明狀況。

Sign-in isn't working, or I can't remember which method I used

You can sign in with Apple, Google, or Email. If you're unsure which one you used, try each — they all resolve to the same account as long as the email matches. Still stuck? Email us with the address on your account and we'll help.

How do I delete my account?

Once signed in, go to Profile → Delete Account. This is self-serve and immediately, permanently removes your profile, custom character, follows, favorites, push token, and any events you organized along with their registrations and tickets. This cannot be undone.

2.Events & Tickets

My ticket isn't showing up after I registered

Most events require organizer approval before a ticket is issued — check the status under "My Tickets." If it already shows "approved" but no ticket appears, try refreshing or signing in again. Still an issue? Email us.

How do I list my own event?

Once signed in, go to the Event Console. Anyone can repost an event they like via "Share Event." To open registration and issue your own tickets, you'll first need to apply to become a platform partner (free) — once approved you can host directly.

3.Reporting Content

If you have a concern about an event or a user's page, use the "Report" action on that page to flag it for our team. You're also welcome to email us directly with details.

4.Privacy & Data

See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect your data, and our Terms of Service for usage terms. To request access to or deletion of your data, just email us and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
